Acquire all the skills that you require in Cake making & Sugar Crafting!

This is a beginner’s class where you will learn how to make different kinds of flowers like Victoria Sponge Cake, Marble Cake, Chocolate Cake etc. as well as the skills on Icing in order to make Butter Cream, Royal Icing, Fondant, learning how to make simple rose, drapes & bows. This training will be capped with an introduction to how to make Novelty Cakes like a shirt cake.




This class is focussed on making modern cakes with creative approach to it. We always try to be at the cutting edge of caking making and decorating.

Blu Cakes Training School having taught cake baking and decorating to many students, they are super proud to announce their newest version of the Beginners Class in Cake making & Sugar Crafting which will hold on these dates.

All ingredients and equipment for the day are provided, you do not need to bring anything with you!

1st Edition: February- 6 & 7, 20 & 21, 27 & 28, March- 5 & 6 in 2016  N25,000 Only

2nd Edition: May- 7 & 8, 14 & 15, 21 & 22, 27 & 28, June- 6 & 7 in 2016 N30,000 Only
